Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately, including cash deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments, while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting clients, answering inquiries, and resolving account issues efficiently.
- Assist in cross-selling bank products and services to help clients meet their financial goals.
- Learn and perform daily cash balancing procedures to ensure drawer accuracy.
- Adhere strictly to all banking regulations, security protocols, and compliance standards.
- Collaborate with the branch team to ensure smooth daily operations and a welcoming branch environment.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is a plus.
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail is essential.
- Previous customer service or retail experience is preferred but not required for trainees.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to pass a background check and credit check as required by banking regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer navigation skills.
