Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with accuracy and efficiency
- Provide exceptional service to clients, answering inquiries and resolving account issues
- Uphold strict security protocols and compliance with banking regulations
- Balance cash drawers and maintain accurate transaction records
- Actively promote bank products and services to meet customer needs
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless branch operations
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance banking knowledge and skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Strong math aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends (20-25 hrs/week)
- Basic computer proficiency with willingness to learn banking software
- Pass background check and pre-employment screening
