Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering inquiries, and resolving account issues.
- Identify and cross-sell bank products and services to meet individual and branch sales goals.
- Maintain accurate records and balance cash drawers daily to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Assist with opening new accounts and maintaining existing customer relationships.
- Ensure strict adherence to all banking regulations, compliance policies, and security protocols.
- Collaborate with the branch team to create a positive and welcoming branch atmosphere.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
