Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and answer inquiries regarding banking services and products.
- Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and account transfers with 100% accuracy.
- Manage the cash drawer, ensuring all cash and checks are balanced at the end of the shift.
- Cross-sell banking products, such as debit cards, savings accounts, and credit lines.
- Assist in resolving customer account issues and maintaining high customer satisfaction scores.
- Adhere to strict bank policies and security procedures regarding fraud prevention.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Basic math skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office and banking software.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation and a clean background check.
