Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with 100% accuracy
- Provide exceptional service to bank clients, resolving inquiries and addressing concerns
- Sell bank products/services (checking accounts, loans, credit cards) to meet targets
- Maintain strict compliance with banking regulations and security protocols
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions
- Operate digital banking platforms and assist customers with mobile/online banking
- Participate in ongoing training to develop financial expertise
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Basic computer proficiency with willingness to learn new systems
