Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with 100% accuracy
- Resolve account inquiries and provide personalized financial solutions
- Uphold strict security protocols for cash handling and fraud prevention
- Actively cross-sell bank products (checking accounts, loans, credit cards)
- Operate core banking systems and digital platforms
- Maintain clean, organized cash drawers and transaction records
- Participate in weekly training sessions to expand financial knowledge
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Basic math proficiency and attention to detail
- Strong customer service orientation with problem-solving skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods (6-8 hour shifts)
- Pass background check and credit check (minimum 600 score)
- Availability for flexible scheduling including weekends
- Willingness to pursue FINRA Series 6 certification
- Proficiency in English (bilingual Spanish a plus)
