Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with 100% accuracy
- Provide exceptional service to 50+ daily clients while resolving account inquiries
- Balance cash drawers and maintain strict compliance with banking regulations
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell banking products (checking, savings, loans)
- Operate teller systems and ATMs while maintaining security protocols
- Assist branch managers with daily operational tasks and end-of-day reconciliation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- Minimum 6 months cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong math aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to pass background check and credit review
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and point-of-sale systems
- Valid Arizona driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexible availability including weekends and evenings
