Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with precision
- Provide exceptional service while resolving account inquiries
- Sell bank products (credit cards, loans) following compliance guidelines
- Maintain accurate cash drawer and transaction records
- Operate digital banking platforms and ATMs
- Participate in ongoing compliance training
- Support branch operations during peak hours
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic math aptitude and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills in English/Spanish
- Pass background check and pre-employment screening
- Reliable transportation to multiple Miami locations
- Ability to stand for extended periods
