Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately, including cash handling, check cashing, and deposits with 100% accuracy.
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive banking experience.
- Cross-sell bank products and services to meet individual and branch sales goals.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Assist with branch operations, including opening and closing procedures, and maintaining the lobby area.
- Balance daily cash drawers and reconcile general ledgers.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve branch targets and operational excellence.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or banking coursework is a plus.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required for this entry-level position.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and a credit check (where applicable).
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Willingness to complete the paid training program successfully.
