Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
- Greet customers warmly and provide superior service to enhance the banking experience.
- Learn and assist with account openings, closures, and product cross-selling.
- Maintain accurate records of daily transactions and reconcile the cash drawer.
- Identify customer needs and refer them to appropriate departments or financial advisors.
- Adhere to strict regulatory compliance and security protocols.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure branch operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Finance or Business is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to perform basic math calculations with high speed and accuracy.
