- Maintain accurate cash balances and reconcile daily transactions.
- Follow all federal and state banking regulations and security protocols.

Responsibilities
- Process customer deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments accurately and efficiently.
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service at the teller window.
- Cross-sell bank products such as debit cards, credit cards, and savings accounts.
- Balance daily cash drawers and reconcile transactions to ensure accuracy.
- Assist customers with account inquiries and resolving issues.
- Adhere to strict security and compliance policies regarding cash handling.
- Learn and perform various back-office duties under supervision.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic math skills with high attention to detail.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work a flexible schedule (including weekends).
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
- Willingness to learn new banking software and procedures.
