Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and professionally upon arrival at the branch.
- Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and cash checks accurately and efficiently.
- Assist customers with account inquiries, balance transfers, and basic banking questions.
- Learn and utilize our advanced banking software and point-of-sale systems.
- Ensure the branch lobby and teller areas are clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for our financial products and services.
- Adhere to strict security and compliance regulations regarding cash handling and customer data.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Basic math skills and the ability to handle cash with high accuracy.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn new banking technologies and procedures.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
- No prior banking experience is required; we value attitude and aptitude over experience.
