Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately, including cash deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing.
- Learn and utilize banking software and point-of-sale systems under supervision.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and resolving issues.
- Assist in maintaining the lobby and teller area to ensure a welcoming environment.
- Learn about our products and services to assist customers in making informed financial decisions.
- Perform daily cash balancing and reconciliation tasks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- No prior banking experience required; we will teach you everything you need to know.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Must be able to pass a background check and credit check.
