Responsibilities
- Process Transactions: Accurately and efficiently handle cash deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and account transfers for customers.
- Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, answer inquiries regarding account balances and services, and resolve issues with a positive attitude.
- Product Promotion: Identify opportunities to cross-sell our suite of financial products, including savings accounts, credit cards, and loans.
- Operations Support: Assist in maintaining the lobby, ensuring the vault is secured, and managing daily branch operations.
- Compliance: Adhere to all bank policies, federal regulations, and security procedures to prevent fraud and ensure safety.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with branch managers and team members to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience: No previous banking experience required. Prior customer service or retail experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Skills: Basic math skills and attention to detail are essential.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Availability: Ability to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as needed.
