Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with precision and security
- Deliver exceptional service while assisting customers with account inquiries and basic banking needs
- Learn and adhere to strict compliance protocols and anti-fraud procedures
- Balance cash drawers and maintain accurate transaction records daily
- Participate in ongoing training to master banking software and product knowledge
