Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with 100% accuracy
- Provide exceptional service to bank clients while resolving inquiries and concerns
- Maintain secure cash drawer operations and adhere to all banking compliance protocols
- Actively cross-sell bank products and services based on customer needs
- Learn and implement fraud detection procedures for account security
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve monthly service and sales goals
- Document transactions and maintain organized client records
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- No banking experience necessary – we provide full training!
- Strong attention to detail with numerical accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and handle cash transactions
- Basic computer proficiency with willingness to learn banking systems
