Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service at teller window and drive-thru
- Process transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
- Balance cash drawer and maintain accurate records
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell bank products
- Adhere to all banking regulations and security protocols
- Assist customers with basic account inquiries
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve service goals
- Participate in ongoing training and development
Qualifications
- No banking experience required – we train all new hires!
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to stand for extended periods
