- Learn and cross-sell a variety of bank products, such as loans, credit cards, and savings accounts.
- Identify complex customer issues and escalate them to branch management or specialists.
- Adhere to all bank security policies, regulatory compliance, and operational procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized branch environment that welcomes all visitors.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required; previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills with a focus on empathy and problem-solving.
- Ability to perform basic arithmetic and mathematical calculations with high speed and accuracy.
