Responsibilities
- Execute daily cash handling procedures with precision and strict adherence to compliance protocols.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries, resolving account issues, and educating clients on our diverse financial products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through proactive outreach and personalized banking solutions.
- Assist in the operation of the teller line, including balancing cash drawers and processing transactions efficiently.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities to help customers achieve their financial goals.
- Collaborate with the branch team to ensure a seamless and efficient customer experience.
- Uphold bank security standards and safeguard customer information at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree in finance or business preferred.
- Previous customer service or cash handling experience is a plus but not mandatory for our Trainee program.
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail with the ability to handle large sums of cash accurately.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, as required by branch needs.
- Basic computer proficiency and eagerness to learn banking software systems.
