Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately, including cash deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to meet and exceed branch targets.
- Assist in opening new accounts and explaining banking products to clients effectively.
- Perform daily cash reconciliations and balance ATM and night depository contents.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for credit cards, insurance, and investment products.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure branch environment at all times.
- Adhere to all bank compliance policies and federal regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business is a plus.
- Strong math skills and the ability to perform complex calculations with high accuracy.
- Previous customer service or retail experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
