Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately, including cash deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering inquiries, and resolving account issues.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for credit cards, loans, and other banking products.
- Adhere to strict security and compliance regulations, including Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policies.
- Maintain the accuracy and accountability of the cash drawer throughout the shift.
- Assist in opening new accounts and assisting customers with digital banking sign-ups.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; some college or banking experience is a plus.
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Must pass a background check and credit check.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
