- Operate the teller workstation and related software efficiently.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities to promote our range of financial products.
- Assist with maintaining branch security and cash drawer balancing.
- Perform routine clerical duties and file maintenance.
- Collaborate with the branch team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Strong math skills and attention to detail are essential.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be trustworthy and possess a high level of integrity.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory for trainees.
