Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with 100% accuracy
- Provide exceptional service to 30+ customers daily while identifying cross-sell opportunities
- Maintain strict compliance with bank security protocols and anti-fraud procedures
- Balance cash drawer and reconcile transactions daily
- Open new accounts and assist with basic loan inquiries
- Utilize core banking software (Fiserv experience preferred)
- Participate in ongoing training to expand product knowledge
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 6+ months of customer service or cash handling experience
- Basic math proficiency and attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Pass background check and credit check
- Strong communication skills and professional appearance
- Must reside within 25 miles of Greensboro
