Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with 100% accuracy
- Deliver exceptional customer service through in-person and digital banking interactions
- Identify and cross-sell bank products (checking accounts, loans, credit cards)
- Maintain strict compliance with banking regulations and security protocols
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions
- Assist customers with ATM and online banking troubleshooting
- Participate in branch sales campaigns and community outreach events
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 0-2 years customer service or cash handling experience
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, banking software)
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Pass background check and credit check requirements
- Valid Colorado driver's license (for potential branch travel)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) certification highly desirable
