Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with accuracy and efficiency
- Deliver exceptional customer service while resolving account inquiries and concerns
- Balance cash drawers and maintain precise transaction records daily
- Cross-sell bank products (checking accounts, loans, credit cards) based on customer needs
- Adhere to strict regulatory compliance (BSA, AML) and security protocols
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve customer satisfaction and sales targets
- Participate in ongoing training to master new banking technologies and procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in finance preferred
- Minimum 6 months customer service or cash handling experience
- Strong math aptitude and attention to detail with numerical data
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with diverse customers
- Basic proficiency with computers and banking software (training provided)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs of cash trays
- Must pass background check and credit check (no major derogatory marks)
- Valid Missouri driver's license and reliable transportation
