Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with 100% accuracy
- Provide exceptional client service by resolving inquiries and recommending appropriate banking solutions
- Balance cash drawers and daily transactions while maintaining strict compliance protocols
- Assist with marketing campaigns and cross-sell bank products/services
- Operate core banking systems and digital platforms efficiently
- Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance financial knowledge
- Uphold security standards and fraud prevention procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic math proficiency and cash handling experience preferred
