Responsibilities
- Execute daily cash management and transaction processing with precision and accuracy.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional service.
- Assist in opening and closing branch procedures and maintaining a tidy work area.
- Process deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments efficiently.
- Identify and cross-sell bank products and services to meet branch targets.
- Balance cash drawers daily and resolve any discrepancies immediately.
- Assist in administrative tasks and filing as required by branch management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Basic math skills and the ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory for trainees.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation and a consistent attendance record.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
