Job Summary

As a Bank Teller Trainee, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while processing financial transactions accurately. You will act as a brand ambassador for the bank, ensuring a seamless banking experience for every client who walks through our doors.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer transactions accurately, including cash deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments, adhering to all regulatory compliance standards.
  • Provide superior customer service by greeting customers warmly, resolving inquiries efficiently, and building lasting relationships.
  • Identify and report suspicious activities, potential fraud, or internal theft to the compliance department immediately.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service, retail, or cash-handling experience is highly desirable.
