Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing.
- Greet customers warmly and provide superior service to build lasting relationships.
- Learn and utilize banking software systems for account management.
- Assist in the daily balancing of cash drawers and vaults.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for loans, credit cards, and investment products.
- Refer complex customer issues to branch management or specialists.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business is a plus.
- Previous customer service or cash handling experience is highly preferred.
- Strong mathematical skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs.
- Must pass a background check and credit check.
