Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and check cashing.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by resolving account inquiries and explaining banking products.
- Utilize state-of-the-art teller systems to input data and manage transactions efficiently.
- Identify and cross-sell banking products and services to meet branch sales goals.
- Maintain strict compliance with banking regulations, security protocols, and audit standards.
- Assist in branch operations during peak hours, ensuring a smooth customer experience.
- Learn and operate automated teller machines (ATMs) and related equipment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Basic math proficiency and the ability to handle cash with 100% accuracy.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but we provide full training for the right candidates.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs as needed.
- Must successfully pass a background check and credit check.
