Responsibilities
- Greet and Assist Customers: Provide exceptional service to all customers, answering inquiries and resolving issues with a smile.
- Process Transactions: Accurately handle cash deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and loan payments using our state-of-the-art banking software.
- Financial Advice: Inform customers about our products and services, including savings accounts and credit cards.
- Cash Management: Maintain accurate daily cash drawers and ensure strict adherence to bank security and compliance policies.
- Problem Resolution: Identify and resolve customer account discrepancies or discrepancies in transaction records.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with branch managers and other team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; some college coursework in Finance or Business is a plus.
- Experience: Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required (we value attitude over experience).
- Skills: Basic math skills and the ability to handle cash with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Flexibility: Must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by branch schedules.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Integrity: Strong ethical standards and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
