Responsibilities
- Process daily financial transactions accurately, including cash deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing.
- Assist customers with account inquiries, explaining products, and promoting banking services.
- Open new accounts and assist in the onboarding process for new clients.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Ensure the accuracy of all daily reports and reconcile cash drawers at the end of the shift.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure work environment compliant with banking regulations.
- Collaborate with the branch team to achieve daily sales and service targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage customers professionally.
- Basic math skills and proficiency with financial software and POS systems.
- Attention to detail and the ability to detect discrepancies in transactions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle cash handling with high accuracy.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are recommended.
