Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide professional, high-quality service at the teller line.
- Process a wide variety of transactions including cash deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
- Open new accounts and assist customers in understanding our financial products.
- Maintain accurate cash drawers and daily balancing sheets with zero variance.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities to meet branch sales targets.
- Ensure strict adherence to all bank policies, regulations, and security protocols.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but we will train the right candidate.
- Strong mathematical skills with the ability to handle large sums of cash accurately.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Must pass a background check and credit check.
