Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently (cash deposits, withdrawals, check cashing).
- Provide exceptional customer service by resolving account inquiries and resolving issues.
- Build relationships with clients and identify cross-selling opportunities for products.
- Assist in the daily reconciliation of the teller drawer and cash reports.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace adhering to compliance and security regulations.
- Participate in training programs to develop technical banking skills.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous customer service or cash handling experience is a plus but not mandatory for trainees.
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic math proficiency and computer literacy.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
