Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and resolving account-related issues.
- Learn and utilize banking software systems for account management and reporting.
- Cash handling and balancing of cash drawers at the end of each shift.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities to promote our financial products and services.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure workspace in compliance with bank regulations.
- Assist in the daily operations of the branch to ensure smooth workflow.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; prior banking experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
