Responsibilities
- Process Transactions: Accurately handle cash deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and payments for customers.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional service by greeting customers, answering inquiries, and resolving account issues efficiently.
- Sales Support: Identify cross-selling opportunities to promote our savings accounts, loans, and credit products.
- Account Maintenance: Assist in opening new accounts and ensuring all necessary documentation is completed correctly.
- Cash Management: Reconcile daily cash drawers, balance transactions, and report discrepancies immediately.
- Branch Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and secure branch environment for all visitors.
- Compliance: Adhere to all bank policies, regulatory requirements, and security protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED is required; college coursework in finance or business is a plus.
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service, retail, or cash handling is highly preferred.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail and high mathematical aptitude.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
