Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to build strong relationships.
- Handle cash and check handling with strict adherence to security and audit regulations.
- Identify and cross-sell banking products and services to meet branch goals.
- Assist customers with account inquiries and resolve issues at the teller line.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure work environment.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Finance is preferred.
- Strong mathematical skills and high attention to detail.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory for trainees.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Must pass a background check and credit check.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
