Responsibilities
- Process customer deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments with 100% accuracy.
- Greet and assist customers with account inquiries, providing exceptional service.
- Operate the ATM, vault, and cash drawer safely and efficiently.
- Balance daily cash drawers and resolve discrepancies immediately.
- Open new accounts and cross-sell our suite of financial products.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and secure branch environment.
- Collaborate with the branch manager and team to meet daily sales targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous customer service or retail experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic banking software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
