Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately, including cash deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing.
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional front-line service to build lasting relationships.
- Assist in maintaining branch cash controls and balancing daily settlements to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities to promote bank products, savings accounts, and loans.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the branch team to meet daily and monthly sales goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in Finance or Business is a plus.
- Strong mathematical skills with a proven attention to detail and accuracy.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required for trainees.
- Ability to pass a background check and a credit check as part of our hiring process.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills (10-key experience is highly desirable).
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs as needed.
