Responsibilities
- Process customer deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments with high accuracy.
- Cash checks and handle currency exchange efficiently.
- Maintain and balance cash drawers daily, ensuring all discrepancies are resolved.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and resolving account issues.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for credit cards, loans, and investment products.
- Adhere to all banking regulations, compliance policies, and security protocols.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming branch environment.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills (10-key experience a plus).
