Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
- Handle cash handling and balancing duties with strict adherence to security protocols and accuracy standards.
- Resolve customer inquiries and provide exceptional service to build trust and loyalty.
- Assist in promoting and selling bank products, such as savings accounts and credit cards, to meet branch goals.
- Ensure the branch lobby and teller stations are clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Perform daily cash reconciliation and reporting to the branch manager.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred but not mandatory for Trainees.
- Strong math skills and the ability to perform mental math quickly and accurately.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Must be willing to undergo a background check and credit check.
