Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing.
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to build lasting relationships.
- Learn and demonstrate knowledge of bank products and services to assist customers effectively.
- Handle cash and currency with the highest level of accuracy and security.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities to promote savings accounts, loans, and credit cards.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and secure branch environment.
- Collaborate with the branch manager and team to achieve daily and monthly sales goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree or coursework in finance is a plus.
- Strong math skills with a high degree of accuracy in handling cash.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Professional demeanor and appearance.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed.
- Must be eligible to pass a background check and credit check.
