Responsibilities
- Process daily customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and resolving account-related issues.
- Assist in maintaining accurate daily cash drawers and balancing the terminal at the end of the shift.
- Build relationships with clients and introduce them to our range of banking products and services.
- Uphold strict security and compliance standards during all banking operations.
- Identify and cross-sell financial products to meet branch sales goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new banking software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in mathematical calculations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be bondable and pass a background check.
