Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
- Greet customers warmly and provide professional, personalized financial advice.
- Handle cash and non-cash transactions with strict adherence to compliance policies.
- Cross-sell bank products such as savings accounts, credit cards, and insurance.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Assist in resolving customer inquiries and resolving issues with patience and empathy.
- Complete daily cash audits and reconcile terminals at the end of the shift.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous customer service or cash handling experience is preferred but not mandatory for trainees.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to perform basic math and handle large sums of money with 100% accuracy.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills.
