Responsibilities
- Execute daily cash handling tasks, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments with 100% accuracy.
- Build lasting relationships with customers by providing exceptional service and addressing inquiries.
- Assist in cross-selling bank products and services to meet branch sales goals.
- Utilize banking software to manage account transactions and maintain customer records.
- Ensure the branch lobby and workstations are organized, clean, and welcoming.
- Identify and escalate complex customer issues to branch management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new banking systems quickly.
- Reliable attendance and a professional appearance.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
