Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service at the teller window.
- Process financial transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing.
- Assist customers with account inquiries and explain banking products and services.
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions to ensure accuracy.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities to meet customer financial needs.
- Collaborate with branch staff to maintain a positive and efficient work environment.
- Adhere to all bank security policies and regulatory compliance standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service or cash handling is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent mathematical skills.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be able to pass a background check and credit check.
