Responsibilities
- Process customer deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments accurately and efficiently.
- Balance cash drawers daily to ensure financial accuracy.
- Assist customers with account inquiries and resolve routine banking issues.
- Cross-sell bank products, such as CDs, savings accounts, and credit cards, to meet branch goals.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming branch environment.
- Adhere to all bank security policies and compliance regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory for our Trainee program.
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail are essential.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting bags of coins.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills.
