Responsibilities
- Process daily customer transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing.
- Verify the accuracy of cash drawers and balance daily settlements.
- Build rapport with customers, answering questions regarding account products and services.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities to meet branch sales goals.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and secure branch environment.
- Adhere to strict bank policies, compliance regulations, and security procedures.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with a focus on satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree or coursework in Finance/Business preferred.
- Strong numeracy skills with the ability to perform basic arithmetic quickly and accurately.
- Previous customer service experience in retail or hospitality is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
