Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions with accuracy and efficiency using bank-provided equipment
- Provide exceptional service while assisting with deposits, withdrawals, and account inquiries
- Operate cash drawers, scanners, and banking software per company protocols
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for basic bank products and services
- Maintain strict compliance with banking regulations and security procedures
- Participate in ongoing training programs to develop technical and soft skills
- Support branch operations through inventory management and documentation tasks
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
