Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with 100% accuracy
- Provide exceptional service while resolving account inquiries and promoting bank products
- Operate core banking systems (provided equipment) including cash drawers and check scanners
- Adhere to strict security protocols and anti-fraud regulations
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions
- Assist with branch operations including vault management and ATM maintenance
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic math proficiency and attention to detail
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods (provided anti-fatigue mats)
- Must pass background check and fingerprinting
- Proficient with basic computer operations (training provided)
- Flexible availability including weekends (rotating schedule)
